The initiative aims to encourage community members to adopt reading as a sustainable habit and to promote intellectual interaction among various age groups, reinforcing the library's role as a key driver of cultural activity. Coinciding with 'Reading Month' and 'Family Year', the Mohammed bin Rashid Library continues in March to enhance culture and knowledge, and spread creativity among different segments of society through a series of distinguished cultural and educational events. These events aim to provide a rich platform for learning and interaction that combines art, literature, theater, and workshops, contributing to enriching visitors' experiences and strengthening cultural and intellectual belonging.

In line with its vision to support a culture of reading and solidify the place of the book in daily life, the Mohammed bin Rashid Library launches the 'We Read Together' initiative, an extension of the 'World Reads' initiative. This will be done by distributing various books to library visitors throughout March.

Regarding events, the library hosts visitors at 'Al Khour Ramadan Evenings', organized in cooperation with Empty Basket. Over the course of a week, it offers family and cultural activities, from a Ramadan market and children's workshops to poetry and artistic evenings, as well as awareness sessions focused on family values and life balance, all in a Ramadan atmosphere that enhances community cohesion.

The library also hosts a series of reader forums under the slogan 'Towards a Reading Society', with the participation of a number of reading clubs, associations, and cultural institutions. The goal is to enhance dialogue about reading and knowledge, and to establish reading as a sustainable habit in society.

With a focus on instilling a love for the Arabic language in an interactive style that combines education and entertainment, the library hosts a theatrical performance for students titled 'The Letter on a Grammatical Mission'. It is presented on the library's stage in cooperation with Watan Dubai and the Dubai National Theatre.

Among the events, the library organizes a dialogue session for the 'Paper and Pen' initiative, where the public meets with a group of young writers to discuss the importance of reading in daily life and transforming it into an enjoyable and fruitful habit. They also exchange their personal experiences in their professional and creative journeys, aiming to enhance literary culture and encourage youth to read daily.

The last week of March will feature a simplified awareness session on financial culture titled 'Money Shouldn't Be Complicated', highlighting the basics of managing income and expenses and organizing a personal budget. A practical approach that enhances financial awareness and helps participants make more balanced decisions in their daily lives.

The library concludes its events with an educational awareness session titled 'The Child Behind the Behavior', focusing on understanding difficult behaviors in children as messages expressing pressures or challenges. It offers practical tools for parents and educators to help them handle situations and enhance the child's sense of security, as well as their psychological and social balance.

These events reflect the Mohammed bin Rashid Library's commitment to enhancing culture and knowledge, encouraging the community to read and create, and supporting family and social values.
