According to the message from the Philippine Embassy in the UAE and the Philippine General Consulate in Dubai, in connection with the recent changes, emergency assistance will be organized through the provided contact numbers. For consular inquiries, including passport, notarial, and civil services, special contacts have also been provided. The corresponding numbers were also provided for resolving issues of citizens who are not migrant workers (OFW), and for the control and assistance of OFWs, the necessary coordinates have also been provided.

The office for working with migrant workers in Dubai announced the suspension of its activities on November 1, offering alternative dates for visitors. Specific dates were indicated for migrant workers to visit if their scheduled appointments were made for November 1 or during this time the period changes as indicated in the scheduled flight.

If necessary, documentation must be confirmed before departure, the authorized representative may visit the office of the organization dealing with migrants in Dubai for five days before the worker's return to the UAE or three days before arriving for the scheduled appointment in the Philippines.
