Mohammed Al-Mansoori Wins Gold at Dubai Kitesurfing

UAE's Mohammed Al-Mansoori shined at the Dubai Kitesurfing Championship, taking gold and leading in the Men's Twin Tip category. This exciting event featured over 70 competitors from around the world, showcasing thrilling performances at Dubai's islands.


Mohammed Al-Mansoori Wins Gold at Dubai Kitesurfing

Muhammad Al-Mansuri performed at the kitesurfing competition in Dubai and won a gold medal, as well as leadership in the overall standings of the competition. The event took place on the waters of the Dubai islands and gathered more than 70 participants, competing in all eight disciplines across four categories.

Mansuri demonstrated mastery in the Twin Tip Men category, outperforming 26 competitors, including the French Anishka Daniel (second place) and the Egyptian Ahmed Hassan Khalil (third place). He also received a silver medal and became the vice-champion in Freestyle, another category of the competition.

Another emirate champion, Issa Sultan, also shone in this sport, as he performed excellently and won a silver medal in the youth category in Freestyle, finishing only behind American Kanski Radoski.

In the men's competitions, the French participants dominated, taking the first places in all categories. Christophe Verneut absolutely dominated in Hydrofoil, while Pierre Louis Corson won in Wingfoil, and Francis Karro became the first in the Style category.

Among the women, nine participants competed in the Twin Tip category, where Polish sportswoman Marta Morloi triumphed. Amanda Camille Mariani from France won in the style category.

At the event, representatives close to the world of water sports attended: the influential director of the Dubai International Yacht Club, Muhammad Al-Falahi, the head of the sports department and participants Muhammad Al-Mari, deputy commander of the port police Captain Ali Nakbi, the general secretary of the UAE for sailing sports and kayaking Muhammad Al-Abidli, and the head of the Asian sailing union Dr. Mlav Sharaf.

Muhammad Al-Mansuri demonstrated his skills in kitesurfing in Dubai, winning gold and overall leadership. Participants in the competitions came from various countries also demonstrated a high level of preparation and skills in this captivating sport.
