This announcement was made during a joint press conference held at the group's headquarters in Dubai, in the presence of President of the UAE Polo Federation and founder of the Golden Polo Cup series, Mohammed Khalifa Habtoor, alongside Chairman of the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) Authority, Martin J. Petersen. Mohammed Habtoor confirmed that the continuation of the partnership with JAFZA reflects a successful and fruitful relationship that has contributed to enhancing the status of polo on both local and international levels. He said: 'We are proud of our partnership with JAFZA, it is one of the most prominent partners of success that played a major role in supporting polo tournaments over the past years, and we will seek to make the current season exceptional, as we will shed light on the game and continue to elevate it to new continental and global horizons.' In turn, Martin J. Petersen expressed his happiness about renewing cooperation with the Habtoor Polo and Resort Club.
