The tournament hosted Special Olympics Unified competitions, where the title was won by the duo Asia Gabijo and Shan Tanu Somesh. On another front, team padel competitions kicked off at the Nad Al Sheba Sports Complex, with the UAE team starting their tournament campaign with a dominant 3-0 victory over their Lebanese counterparts in the opening match. The tournament features eight participating teams: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Morocco, Egypt, and Iran. The duo Fares Al-Janahi and Abdullah Al-Abdallah asserted their dominance in the first match by defeating Mark Bastani and Ralph Thomas (6-1, 6-1). The duo Franciscoorado and Majed Al-Janahi repeated the same result against Alex Bastani and Jad Salibi. The UAE team then concluded their matches with a victory for the duo IƱigo Govri and Salem Al-Holi over Tamin Halak and Freddy Stefan (6-2, 7-6). In the same tournament, the Moroccan team secured a 2-1 victory over the Iranian team, the Egyptian team won against Bahrain (2-1), and the Kuwaiti team claimed a tough 2-1 victory over Saudi Arabia. In the senior categories, Mayd Tarek Abdullah won the men's singles title, and Ghadir Ali Al-Tahiri won the women's singles title. The duo Sultan Ahmed Al-Hamid and Mayd Tarek Abdullah also won the men's doubles gold, while Semira Isa Al-Bulushi and Farah Ibrahim Al-Hadji won the women's doubles gold. In the open and international categories, Abhinav Thakor won the men's singles title, and Nurani Rato Azhara won the women's singles title. The mixed doubles title was won by the duo Andy Hamza Marwan and Nurani Rato Azhara for the Abu Dhabi Badminton Club. The badminton competitions, part of the 13th edition of the Nad Al Sheba Games, saw a record participation of 225 players from various nationalities. This largest sporting event of its kind is held during the holy month of Ramadan under the slogan 'Limitless Capabilities', under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council. Players from the Al-Nasr club made their presence felt in the citizens' categories, with Haifa Khlifa Abdulrahman winning the girls' under-15 singles title, and Mohammed Ali Al-Ali winning the boys' under-15 singles title.
