A new record was set at the international taekwondo tournament in Fudzhair. The tournament was included in the Guinness World Records.
The competition, which lasted two days, saw the participation of more than 500 athletes from 40 countries. The finals of the tournament featured the best athletes.
"This tournament is of great importance for the development of taekwondo as a sport in the UAE. We are proud that it has been recognized and entered into the Guinness World Records," noted one of the organizers.
Notably, this is the first international sporting event that made it into the record book and successfully represented Fudzhair on the world sports stage.
