Siftec has opened the largest precast concrete factory in the Middle East, which enhances construction quality and boosts the UAE economy by 12% in the sector.

The MIJ Holding company and Emirates National Industries Group (ENIC) announced the opening of the Safetec plant, the largest precast concrete plant in the Middle East. Spanning 2.2 million square feet, the plant will help improve construction quality, strengthen local and regional supplies for precast concrete solutions.

During the opening, the ENIC company’s director expressed confidence that the Safetec plant will bring significant changes to the construction sector in the UAE, providing solutions in the field of precast concrete, structured to improve project quality and efficiency, especially under the rapidly growing conditions of this sector.

In his address, engineer Abdelhalim Mukhid emphasized the importance of the plant's transformational role in the future of construction, utilizing advanced precast concrete technologies of the new generation. He stated: "This success is due to our ambitious strategy for expansion in the construction sector and the provision of innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and quality."

Abdulla Bin Dmitkhan conducted an inspection of the new plant, getting acquainted with its modern production systems, emphasizing the future contribution of this facility to the UAE manufacturing sector. Bin Dmitkhan expressed his approval of this achievement, noting: "We are proud to have opened the new Safetec plant in the national industrial complex, as the construction sector contributes approximately 12% to the UAE economy, with a projected annual growth rate of 4.26% by 2030."

The new precast plant includes a manufacturing area of 750,000 square feet and a warehouse space of 800,000 square feet, with an annual production capacity exceeding 700,000 cubic meters.
