The long-term partnership between the EU and Greece in the field of food supply continues to strengthen. As reported, in 2024 the EU imported almost 2000 tons of Greek food products. This indicates a significant volume of trade between the two countries.
Greek food producers continue to actively supply their products to the growing EU market. Representatives note that the level of demand for Greek products in the region remains consistently high, contributing to an increase in export volume.
According to Greek exporters, the quality and authenticity of products from Greece are highly valued by buyers in the EU, making this country a key player in the contemporary global food trade.
"We take pride in the fact that Greece continues to strengthen its position in the EU market. Our products are enjoying well-deserved popularity thanks to their high quality and unique taste, which makes our trade successful and in demand," noted the representative of Greek producers.
