HSBC has graduated 67 young Emirati talents from its global graduate program, reinforcing the bank's long-standing commitment to developing local skills and supporting the UAE's ambition to build a future-ready workforce. The program was delivered in partnership with local entities such as the Central Bank of the UAE and the Institute of Banking. Over the period from 2022 to 2023, the graduates completed a structured program lasting 18 to 24 months, combining practical experience and guided education. This enabled them to transition directly into permanent roles within the bank that align with the economic needs and the financial sector of the United Arab Emirates.
