In a new appeal on the Instagram account, the Ministry of Labor Resources and Employment reminded companies of the following:
"In accordance with federal law number 8 of 1980 on the regulation of labor relations and its amendments, there is an obligation to provide partnership information in the vacancy description. This includes mandatory information about the employment conditions for local residents, women, and minorities."
In addition, the ministry emphasized the need to comply with all labor standards and provide opportunities for all wishing to participate in accordance with the principles of equality and non-discrimination.
