The General Pension and Social Security Fund (GPSSA) announced that on Thursday, February 27, 2025, a total sum of 814,350,319.83 dirhams will be disbursed as pension benefits to registered participants. This is an increase of 53,560,499 dirhams compared to February of last year, when the total sum of pension payments was 760,789,820.34 dirhams. A total of 49,341 pensioners and individuals entitled to a pension will receive benefits, which is 1,617 people more than in February 2024, when payments were received by 47,724 individuals.
Expenditures include citizens who fall under the federal law on pension and social insurance, implemented by GPSSA, as well as pensioners and individuals entitled to a pension managed by GPSSA under the name of the Ministry of Finance in accordance with applicable legislation on pensions.
