Launch of Ma'ashi Platform for Pension Services

The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) has introduced a new digital platform named Ma'ashi to streamline services for beneficiaries, employers, insured members, pensioners, and beneficiaries. To access services on Ma'ashi, users need to register and create an account on the GPSSA platform using their Digital ID. This allows them to view account details, access various services, and complete transactions efficiently.

Users of the Ma'ashi platform can benefit from a range of services, including viewing and updating personal data, accessing certificates for monthly salary contributions and pension amounts, and managing beneficiaries. The platform offers features such as decease notifications, beneficiary registration, and cancellation, as well as the ability to create or cancel beneficiary case registrations. There is also a "Help & Support" service for addressing comments, suggestions, or inquiries.

When registered on the platform, users can navigate to the Member Account icon to view their profile under the customer's name. They can update personal information, user entitlement status, and pension entitlement data. New authorized individuals are required to create an account, select their employer, and submit an approval request to the GPSSA, with the application then sent back to the employer for confirmation and approval. Once completed, users can access their dashboard and carry out transactions effortlessly.

Ma'ashi allows authorized members to review and update employer and employee profiles, manage data, and set access controls for other members. Insured individuals can select a personalized dashboard after completing the registration process using their digital ID. Through the dashboard, they can view details such as their monthly salary amount and expected benefits, including end-of-service gratuity and pension amount.

Services accessible through the platform include features like generating a "To Whom It May Concern Letter," utilizing merging service years, viewing financial summaries, tracking applications and transactions, and managing agents or guardians. Users can track requests and cancel registrations, as well as send feedback or inquiries through the Help & Support section.

Overall, Ma'ashi aims to provide a user-friendly interface for individuals to manage their pension-related affairs conveniently and efficiently.
