Thirteen-year-old Abu Dhabi athlete Hamda Adel Al-Sajwani has embraced a multifaceted sports journey, including archery, jiu-jitsu, swimming, judo, shooting, and ballet. She recently started archery and has already achieved success, winning her first medal at a competition in Sharjah.

Hamda is in eighth grade and carefully manages her time to balance academics and training. She believes education is a priority, while sports help her develop discipline and responsibility.

"Archery is a skill close to my heart that helps me find calm and self-control," she noted.

In the future, Hamda dreams of becoming a cardiologist. She is confident that sports and studies complement each other, helping her achieve her goals. Despite her busy schedule, she continues ice hockey as a hobby.
