Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and Opus 2, a legal software and hearing services provider, have announced a strategic technology partnership. The collaboration aims to enhance the arbitration services and hearing technology provided by DIAC to its users, ensuring more efficient dispute prevention and resolution services.

As part of this partnership, DIAC and Opus 2 will work together to optimize and automate the processes at the centre, focusing on improving access to justice through collaborative solutions for parties, legal practitioners, and neutrals. A key development will be the launch of a state-of-the-art digital platform aimed at modernizing and consolidating DIAC's current internal systems and processes.

The new DIAC arbitration platform will streamline e-filing, case registration, and document submission processes, offering users a more centralized and efficient experience. Furthermore, users will have access to Opus 2's advanced suite of integrated hearing technologies and services, facilitating better connectivity between all participants involved in the arbitration process.
