Real estate officials report strong demand for rental units in Dubai and Sharjah during Ramadan, limiting promotional offers. Compared to previous years, demand has surged, prompting companies to limit promotions to select offers like a month free or parking spaces.

High Demand for Rental Units in Dubai and Sharjah During Ramadan

Massive decline in the promotion of special offers for residential real estate in Dubai and Sharjah during the month of Ramadan is explained by increased demand. Previously, traditional promotions and discounts were significantly limited due to the increased number of people wishing to rent housing.

Rad Ramadan, the general director of the "Aoud Karkash Realty" company, stated that special offers on renting residential properties, as a rule, were encountered in the Dubai market before or during Ramadan, now they have become extremely limited due to high demand, exceeding the level of offers.

Dr. Shahriaar Attar, head of the "Imperator Realty" company, noted that the strong rise in demand for housing in Dubai and Sharjah is accompanied by the appearance of promotional offers, which is not characteristic for the beginning of Ramadan. He observes an increase in interest in renting housing this year compared to the analogous period of the previous year.

Sofyan Salamath, managing director of "Al-Sum Realty", also confirmed the reduction of special offers in the residential rental sphere. He noted that the significant increase in demand and changes in the market dynamics contributed to a decrease in offers and discounts in the real estate sector.

Ahmed Bakr, a realtor, pointed out that the reduction of offers for residential rentals in Sharjah is noticeable this Ramadan. The market still offers limited promotions, but overall they are significantly fewer compared to previous years.

All changes in the residential rental sector in Dubai and Sharjah are described as radical changes, caused by significant increased demand and active interest from those wishing to take housing in rental. Offers and discounts have become insufficient due to the constantly changing market dynamics and the sustainable increase in demand.
