Eid 2026 Travel Deals: From 2,800 Dirhams

Airlines and travel agencies have launched special packages for the Eid al-Fitr holiday, focusing on relatively close destinations. Prices start from approximately 2,800 dirhams for a three-night stay, including airfare and hotel accommodation. According to two managers from travel companies, these offers are conditional, covering booking and travel periods, as well as specific room categories. They noted that these are introductory prices, which may increase depending on seat type, time, booking date, or flight demand, with prices rising progressively as bookings increase.

Eid Holiday In detail, airlines and travel agencies have introduced special holiday packages for Eid al-Fitr in international destinations. These offers apply to bookings made before the first week of March 2026 and for travel between March 19-24, coinciding with the holiday period. According to the offers, holiday package prices start from around 2,800 dirhams for relatively nearby destinations in Eastern Europe and West Asia for three nights, including flights and hotel stays. Prices for offers to the Armenian capital, Yerevan, start from about 2,800 dirhams for a three-night stay, the Azerbaijani capital, Baku, from 2,900 dirhams, and the Thai destination of Krabi from 3,000 dirhams. Meanwhile, package prices for one person for a three-night stay in Tbilisi start from 3,100 dirhams, from 3,200 dirhams to the Uzbek capital, Tashkent, from 3,400 dirhams to the Kyrgyz capital, Bishkek, and around 3,400 dirhams to Zanzibar, and to Budapest from 3,600 dirhams.

A significant portion of the Eid al-Fitr 2026 offers is concentrated in tourist destinations relatively close to the local market, typically lasting for three nights. According to the offers, all mentioned packages include economy class air tickets and accommodation in three and four-star hotels for three nights, with prices varying depending on the chosen destinations and subject to availability and hotel category. Some packages, in addition to air tickets and hotel rooms, offer airport transfer services, while other packages allow customers to upgrade hotel rooms and add tours and other activities for an extra fee.

Tourism Activity Meanwhile, the Executive Director of "STS" in the "Dubai Link" group, Salah Mansour, stated: "The holiday season presents a significant opportunity for airlines and travel agencies to boost tourism and is part of a strategy to achieve high occupancy rates on flights and hotels during this period." Mansour added that "offers are often conditional, including booking and travel periods, as well as flight and hotel availability, in addition to specific room categories." He confirmed that timing is crucial for booking, as airlines and travel agencies require bookings to be made by a specific date to guarantee the advertised price and to secure the seats and hotels allocated for these offers. He pointed out that availability is usually limited, making immediate booking essential for any traveler wishing to take advantage of these offers.

He explained that some offers provide additional services, such as airport transfers or the possibility of upgrading hotel rooms or adding tours, but they are typically optional and come at an extra cost. He clarified that this type of flexibility enables travelers to tailor their trips according to their needs and budget. He advised those planning to travel during the holiday to check cancellation and modification terms before booking, compare available offers, and pay attention to the hotel's standard and included services to choose the one that offers the best value for money.

Introductory Prices In turn, the General Manager of "Al Awadi Travel," Amin Al-Awadi, said: "The prices announced by airlines and travel agencies are introductory prices, and the price may increase depending on the seat type, time, booking date, or demand for the flight." He added: "For example, these prices may be available for a very limited number of seats on a single flight in the first booking bracket, and then gradually increase for seats in the second and third brackets, and so on, meaning that as bookings increase, package prices also rise." He explained that a large part of the offers is concentrated in relatively nearby destinations, noting that "some companies launched their offers early, but the pace of offers increased more after the first week of Ramadan and the announcement of the Eid al-Fitr holiday." Al-Awadi advised customers to carefully compare different offers, carefully read the booking and cancellation terms, emphasizing the importance of reviewing room categories and included services to ensure they meet the traveler's expectations, and not to rely solely on the price when making a booking decision.

He added that early booking is key to securing the best opportunities, especially in the most popular destinations during the holiday period, and also advised checking the cancellation and modification policy for the packages, noting that the cost of canceling or modifying promotional offers can be high, and therefore it should be paid close attention to.
