Dubai Duty Free Appoints New Executives

Dubai Duty Free has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of eight new executives over recent months, including seven Emiratis in key roles. These appointments will support the ambitious strategy of Dubai Duty Free over the next five years.

Fresh talents have joined the leadership of the Dubai Free Trade Zone Authority. Eight new executives have taken key positions in various departments over the past several months, seven of whom are UAE nationals. These professionals have been appointed to the positions of heads in such important departments as trade, human resources, accounting, marketing, procurement, property protection, corporate security, and the Free Trade Zone Bureau of Dubai.

For this reason, the Chairman of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Free Trade Zone Authority, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum, stated: "We welcome this new composition of executive directors in the Dubai Free Trade Zone, who have been chosen from the remarkably talented personnel, who are well-known in the UAE, to strengthen the top management of the organization".

Rami Sh. Seilambi, General Director of the Dubai Free Trade Zone Authority, noted: "These recent appointments come at a key moment in our path, when we are focusing on completing our five-year business plan (2025-2029), within the framework of which we aim to increase revenues, strengthen profitability of our organization, and continue to offer the best proposals and various services for travelers using the international airports of Dubai".

The new appointments include the following members of the leadership, who have recently joined the Dubai Free Trade Zone team: Fatima Al-Fardan, Mohammed Al-Hajha, Yasa Taher, Khaled Saleh, Alexey Papin, Selim Dakhman, Mansour Al-Hajha, Naser Al-Jasimi.
