The Taekwondo association of the Emirates, led by the Anamarijka Rontitituch, has reached to the Emirates, as it seeks to develop marine activities in Dubai to enhance the tourism sector.

Former champion in the field of techvond from Croatia, Anamaria Ronchitich, arrived in the United Arab Emirates on Monday through Dubai International Airport as part of a short visa to the country.

The delegation from the Dubai Maritime Authority, the Tamojen Service, and the Free Zone, led by Sheikh Dr. Said bin Ahmed bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, the executive director of the Dubai Maritime Authority, visited the Hatta region to monitor the development of projects in the area and strengthen the licensing of marine tourism activities. During their visa period, they visited Lake "Uadi Lem" and "Hatta Kayak" in the Hatta region, as these places are unique marine tourism destinations in Dubai and the UAE.

Sheikh Dr. Said bin Ahmed bin Khalifa Al Maktoum stated: "This visit is taking place within the framework of our commitment to ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in the management of watercraft in the Hatta region, which reflects our dedication to enhancing Dubai's position as a global tourism destination with high levels of safety and quality in all marine-related activities."

He emphasized that the safety of visitors and marine tourism enthusiasts in the Hatta area is a priority for the Dubai Maritime Authority. This requires close cooperation between all interested parties, as well as the need to ensure the safety of the used local watercrafts and to utilize modern infrastructure for the development of the rental of these means, in order to strengthen Hatta's position as a unique tourism destination.
