Children Celebrate 'Haqq Al-Laila' in Traditional Attire

In Sharjah, children dressed in traditional attire celebrated 'Haqq Al-Laila' with joyful songs and gift distributions, showcasing local values and community spirit. The event attracted families and highlighted the importance of cultural traditions.

As part of the traditional Sharjah days, a holiday was held in honor of the Night of Shaban. Children in national costumes received gifts and treats, appearing at the celebration and starting songs and folk songs. Participants of the celebration invoked nostalgia among the public, using well-known songs dedicated to this event.

The whole family with their baby actively participated in the festivities, conveying nostalgia and joy, present in the grand atmosphere of the celebration. Khula Mubarak Al Gafli from the Department of Events and the Events Institute of Sharjah responded to the celebration, saying: "The Night of Shaban, which is held annually in the middle of the month of Shaban, is an important event for children, where they learn many local values."

"Masterpieces of macharia" and "Dynamic performances" were among the most popular aspects of the celebration, attracting a large number of viewers and conducting traditional gift-giving at the Night of Shaban to children and visitors. The festive atmosphere gathered dozens of children and families for entertainment across the area of the event, where they learned about various local attractions of Sharjah.

A local children's character "Alia" was also highlighted, who adorned the atmosphere with her national costume, attracting around her a multitude of children and visitors for collaborative photography.
