Al-Bata'ah secures historic first win over Al-Jazira

Al-Bata'ah secured its first-ever victory over Al-Jazira, breaking a seven-match winless streak against them. The decisive match, held on Tuesday at Khalid bin Mohammed Stadium in Sharjah, ended with a 1-0 victory for Al-Bata'ah, with Marwan Fahd scoring the lone goal. This win marked Al-Bata'ah's second clean sheet in the ADNOC Pro League this season, along with their first home victory since August 24, 2025, and their second in the tournament after beating Sharjah in mid-January 2026.

Al-Nasr defeated Sharjah 2-1 in the 19th round of the Professional League. In front of 1,271 spectators, Al-Nasr claimed its first league win in seven matches, having previously drawn five and lost two. Serbian Luka Miljković gave Al-Nasr the lead from the penalty spot in the first half, awarded after a foul on Ivorian Abdallah Touré. In the second half, Touré extended Al-Nasr's lead, before Ousman Camara pulled one back for Sharjah. This victory allowed Al-Nasr to avenge their 4-2 defeat in the first round and strengthen their historical head-to-head record, now at 13 wins to Sharjah's 12. Al-Nasr climbed to 26 points, securing sixth place, while Sharjah remained on 20 points in eighth.
