Strong Hotel Sector Performance in UAE

Recent data published by the "Kostar" company, a global data and analytics provider in the real estate sector, demonstrated strong dynamics in the hospitality business sector in the UAE. According to the report, revenues from hotel rooms in Dubai increased by 16% compared to the previous year, while in the capital of the country, Abu Dhabi, this indicator grew by 13%.

These data testify to the recovery of demand for hospitality services related to the gradual easing of restrictions imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Experts claim that such a growth in revenues in the hospitality sector could serve as an indicator for the recovery of the tourism industry in the region.

"We are seeing sustainable growth in the hospitality industry segment in the UAE, which testifies to the gradual return of demand and consumer confidence after the unfavorable consequences of the pandemic," emphasized the representative of "Kostar".

Experts also noted that domestic tourism in the UAE has become a key factor in supporting demand for hospitality services. Popular tourist destinations in the country, such as Dubai and Abu Dhabi, have once again become attractive for both local and foreign tourists, contributing to the recovery of the hospitality industry in the region.
